Splashproof (IP44) devices are suitable and recommended for use in a variety of light industrial environments and provide complete protection against contact with live parts, damaging deposits of dirt and dust and splashing water. Splashproof devices provide many of the heavy duty construction features found in the watertight products, but at a more economical cost. Splashproof devices are available in 16A, 32A and 63A ratings
